What is Pass Plus.
Pass Plus is a course of six lessons, that give new drivers that all too important extra experience.
It is NOT another driving test.
What's Involved
Driving in town
Driving in country lanes
Driving in all weathers
Driving at night
Driving on dual carriageways i.e. A406 and A12
Driving on motorways i.e. M11 and M25
When can you take the pass plus?
Within the first year of passing your driving test. It is possible to take the course after this time but you need to check with the insurance companies to see if they will still give you a discount off of your insurance.
What are the Discounts?
Discounts vary between insurance company's various insurers offer vouchers for a fixed sum, some offer accelerated no claims discount; other's offer up to 30% discount off of premiums: Where drivers are added to parents or partners policy then they receive reductions in loadings subject to insurance companies participation.
