The Theory & Hazard Perception Test.

The first step to getting that all important FULL driving licence.

The aim of the theory test is to make sure that you understand the rules and safety points of driving on our roads. You need to prepare for this.

* The 1st step; read an up to date Highway Code learn all the signs don't forget that not all the signs are in the highway code!

* The next book to read is the Driving Manual (The drivers Bible) and then find a book with the questions in, there are plenty on offer some are listed below.

If you prepare for the test you should pass 1st time.

THE DAY OF THE TEST.

* You need to arrive at the test centre at least 15 minutes before your test is due to start, leave your home in plenty of time not the last minute

* Have a test run before the day to make sure you will arrive in plenty of time.

NOTE: If you arrive late you will not be allowed to take the test and you will lose your fee. And you have to go through this all again!

There are 35 questions on the computer you need to answer 30 correct to pass, you have 40 minutes to complete it, that is plenty of time so NO rushing and don't forget to go over your answers!
